Start with a small service
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

First employees
This was the first period when Consulting WP actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

First recognition
By this time we were a well known name within the industry. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 16 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in the industry; we weren’t dismissed by anyone because we could not be dismissed by anyone.

The Consultant Company Energy-Environmental Consulting Group ltd (EECG ltd) has been established since 2011 to the following address: Rruga Hoxha Tahsim Nr.2, Tirana – Albania. EECG ltd is a successor of Albanian Energy and Environment for the Sustainable Development Center, which has stopped its activities due to its transform into the above mentioned consulting company.
EECG ltd is one of Albanian Energy-Environmental Consulting Companies with great experience on energy efficiency project, Walk though Energy Audit, Detail Energy Audits, feasibility study for energy efficiency projects, implementation and supervision projects on buildings and industrial sites.
The Company has as object of its activity the following areas of consultancy:
- To provide deep analysis for energy efficiency project, Walk-though Energy Audit, Detail Energy Audits, Feasibility studies for energy efficiency projects, implementation and supervision projects on civil buildings and industrial sites.
- To provide technical assistance for the Banks for all phases of technical, legal due diligence related with projects of EE&RES as well as to assist them by preparing prefeasibility study, feasibility study, detail engineering design, supervision during construction and monitoring/verification up to the commission stage on the behalf of the bank.
- To provide deep technical assistance for development of Small and Medium RES projects (solar, hydro, biomass, wind) in particular for all phases: concept idea, prefeasibility study, feasibility study, detail engineering design, supervision during construction and monitoring/verification up to the commission stage.
EECG ltd is very familiar with the assignment conditions and markets in Eastern European Countries in particularly in Albania, Kosovo and North-Macedonia. It has carried out an important number of projects in the Albanian and Kosovar and North-Macedonia Energy Sectors.
