Our concept for successful project delivery is guided by a number of core principles we will present below.
In order to reach the objectives to strengthen the municipality capacities for a successful project implementation it is essential to understand the current status, perspectives and needs of the project’s key need with main focus on assessing the linkages between energy demand/supply for municipality public buildings.
All of our activities shall be oriented towards ensuring that ToR requirements are met in the best possible way. This means that we will be following a direct strategy meeting the main objectives and requesting the stakeholder engagement as well as the closest possible cooperation at all times. Particularly, we interpret our relationship with the the SUA as one of closest cooperation to achieve shared objectives in the most effective and efficient way.
Flexibility
Having a focus on the partner institutions’ specific needs requires sufficient flexibility in order to be able to react to new insights and developments. Such flexibility is also necessary in order to allow to adapt to possible changes in the legal and regulatory framework required for the preparation of detail planning. We do plan to enable a continuous exchange of ideas as well as real-time adjustments of our methodologies wherever they should become necessary in order to guarantee full customer satisfaction and adequacy to the current project environment.
Integral Approach
We understand that the tasks of the assignment are not separated from each other but are rather closely interrelated. We will therefore follow an integral approach with close and constant communication amongst our staff involved in the implementation of the different tasks. Our Team Leader will play a crucial role in coordinating the activities and making sure that they are well synchronized and complementary to each other. At the same time, we underline the importance of having clear responsibilities between our team members in order to maximize efficiency and prevent any redundancies.

Our understanding of consultancy services is to not simply deliver advice and implement measures, but to also make sure that an improved knowledge base is established and human resource capacities are strengthened within the partner and other stakeholder institutions under this project – AS TOP PRIORITY REQUESTED ON every project. This means, that apart from carrying out the workshops of the assignment, develop awareness campaigns and disseminate the best practices for carrying out for every project. This will be done by including the key stakeholders as closely as possible in our activities, by explaining why and how certain approaches are taken, and by giving continuous feedback on the developments and outcomes of our work.
Using local experience
and resources
We believe that making use of local resources and their huge experience is useful not only in terms of economic efficiency but, more importantly, in bringing specific local knowledge and expertise into our team which may be available to the same degree by international experts, since EECG has gathered a huge experience working outside the country in many different projects. Thus, we have built a team in which all experts complement each other in the best possible way. All experts will be responsible for collecting data, delivering inputs for technical and financial analyses, offering support in the implementation of the respective projects.
